While taking the above into consideration in our daily activity, we are using Transport Agile Project Management (TAPM), a framework that allows our clients to have complete overview of the project from planning to execution and closing. TAPM is based on Agile methodology, using a customized SCRUM framework developed for S H L by Agile Brothers, a lean software development company.
